Airport:

The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). It is about a 15 minute drive to/from the office from the airport.

Recommended nearby Hotels:

Additionally, there are many AirBnB and VRBO options available in the immediate area. Book as early as possible, as this is a busy time of year in Arizona with a lot of events and out of town visitors.

Parking at the Studio:

There is plenty of parking in front of the office (on Monterry St.), on the west end of the building, and covered parking behind the building. You may choose to park any place you wish.

Additional Details:

LIVE WORKSHOP Info:

  • We will break each day for 90 minutes.There are several restaurant options nearby. Additionally, there is a small fridge and a microwave at the studio that you may use if you’d like.
  • A notebook and pen will be provided, however, you may bring your own if you’d like.
  • We have all the equipment needed for the workshop so there is no need to bring anything additional.
  • The workshop will be done barefoot.
  • It is recommended to bring layers with you as your body temperature will vary throughout the day depending on what we are working on (as well as the temperatures outside!)

Virtual Workshop Details:

We will send a link for the workshop the day prior to starting.  We will be using Zoom, so you can download the app or use your web browser.  Both options work the same.  You are REQUIRED to attend the entire workshop for your credits.

You will need the following items for the workshop:

  • Yoga mat – 1/2″ – 1 inch is recommended
  • Beach towel/blanket/ bolster /extra yoga mat – any of these items will work
  • Lacrosse ball or similar
  • A partner for Sunday morning session (10:30-12pm) (we want to be sure you get the full experience of partner stretches! This can be anyone – preferably an adult.)

OPTIONAL:

  • Slant board
  • Foam Roller
  • 6′ Bamboo stick
  • Yoga blocks or similar

Once registered for the class, you will receive an email with links to the above products that can be purchased through Amazon.  Additionally, you may order them from Apex and have them shipped.  (it will be cheaper to order through amazon)
