Claire completed massage therapy training at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS Massage Education) in 2012. Prior to that, she studied at University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and ultimately completed her undergrad at Northern Arizona University. She has trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual lymph drainage, myofascial, stretch, IASTM (scraping techniques), cupping, oncology considerations and post-op lymphatic recovery.
She has primarily been in clinical, rehabilitative settings throughout her career. She has worked with ASIS Massage Education since 2018. She also has been an instructor for the Academy of Lymphatic Studies since 2022. Claire took over ownership of Apex Bodyworx in June of 2023.
Facilitating healing and promoting restoration, vitality, grace, and a sense of well-being is her mission.

Emily Tanner is a professional Licensed Massage Therapist with 26 years of experience and training in a variety of modalities. She is passionate about health and wellness. Emily believes the body has innate wisdom and a tremendous capacity to heal. She seeks to engage deeply and thoroughly with each client.
Emily’s modalities include Myofascial Release, Reflexology and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
She loves to swim, hike, cook, sing, bike, share stories and spend time with family.
