This ancient form of bodywork uses deep-compression from the feet to bring about a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage while providing deep relaxation and stimulating the bodys lymphatic system.

APEX Stretch – The Fundamentals

4 Week Class

To begin your stretch journey, start with a 4 week class. This class is suitable for EVERY body and will introduce you to the fundamentals of the Stretch Therapy system. By joining a stretch class, you commit to learning more about your body and how stretching can ease the pain and discomfort you feel from the effects of daily living. Every stretch we do can be modified to fit your current level of flexibility. As you progress through each class, you will physically be able to FEEL the changes being made in your body. When you become a student of your body, you gain freedom through understanding the needs your body has. Applying those lessons is up to you and classes will help keep you accountable for executing and applying what you have learned. Please bring your own mat if you have one. This class is done barefoot.

Apex Stretch – The Next Level

4 Week Class

This 4 week block of classes will build on what you learn in the 4 week course. We will explore movements and stretches in greater detail and go deeper into stretches. This 4 week course will also explore more partner assisted stretches in order to gain maximum flexibility.

This stretch class can be signed up for as a single class.  The class is designed to address the needs of the class as a whole.
