Claire has been practicing massage therapy since 2012. She completed her massage training at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Prescott. Prior to that she spent 2 years living in Honolulu where she studied at University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. She completed her bachelors at NAU.
She has worked in clinical, rehabilitative settings and alongside chiropractors throughout her career and is also a chiropractic assistant. She enjoys movement evaluation and education and how it relates to dysfunctional patterns in the body. Helping facilitate healing and restoration is her goal!
She is trained in a wide variety of techniques including sports massage, connective tissue, stretching techniques, IASTM, and cupping.
She offers a safe space to anyone who wishes to feel more grounded and connected to their body. She believes the importance of having an awareness of mind, body, and spirit.
Claire enjoys lifting barbells and other people’s spirits. She likes to eat, reminisce about 90’s nostalgia, sing to her dog, and tries to practice being present and mindful.
