I’m a massage therapist, mother, business-owner, stretch and movement aficionado.
Facilitating healing and promoting restoration, vitality, grace, and a sense of well-being is my mission.
I completed massage therapy training at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS Massage Education) in 2012. I have trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including manual lymph drainage, myofascial, stretch therapy, IASTM (scraping techniques), cupping, oncology considerations and post-op lymphatic recovery.
I have primarily been in clinical, rehabilitative settings throughout my career. I have worked with ASIS Massage Education since 2018 in admissions, administration, and education. I have also been an instructor for the Academy of Lymphatic Studies since 2022. After working alongside Judy Stowers for the previous 3 1/2 years, I took over ownership of Apex Bodyworx in June of 2023.
