Apex is a growing collaborative wellness center, comprised of massage therapy, stretch therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna, and deliberate cold exposure sessions. Our team is growing and we are looking to fill positions to help support the clients that come in for treatments and care at Apex.
We are currently hiring for the following positions (updated 7/10/22):
- Wellness Center Manager
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Stretch Therapist

Wellness Center Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational training to therapists (how to use the office equipment, etc)
- Ensure the team has what they need to provide the services offered
- Create and send email newsletters to our clients
- Manage client payments
- Inspect, maintain, clean and organize wellness areas
- Manage client schedule through the scheduling software. This includes checking clients out at the end of their appointment if you are at the front desk, as well as encouraging them to rebook and getting them back on the schedule for services
- Manage therapist schedule through the scheduling software. This includes looking ahead to therapist schedules to see what is coming up as well as asking therapists if they are planning to add more hours if you see they don’t have hours on the schedule.
- Create social media posts to promote current services
- Research ideas for potential workshops to be held in the Education Center space.
- Research ideas for potential events that Apex can be part of to promote the services offered.
- Create collateral using Canva. Postcards/fliers/brochures.
- Maintain client relationships by encouraging bookings of ALL the services and providers
- Promote ALL the services being offered
- Collaborate with other wellness entities to bring awareness of Apex and the services offered
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented and capable of problem solving
- Must have a basic understanding of the massage and wellness industry – and willing to learn the specifics
- Must have the ability to use Microsoft products
- Must have great customer services skills
- Must adhere to uniform, personal hygiene and appearance standards at all times
- Must have basic marketing skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be willing to promote Apex to other professionals
This is a Part-Time position and pays $25/hr

Licensed Massage Therapist – Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Help build and maintain client loyalty
- Contribute to the overall growth of Apex
Minimum requirements:
- 2 years previous experience preferred – willing to work with the right person
- 4-6, 4 hour shifts per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Must be a licensed massage therapist in Arizona
- Respect a drug, alcohol, and smoke free work environment
All supplies are provided to therapists.
Position is Part-Time and pays $30/hr, plus tips.

Stretch Therapist – Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Help build and maintain client loyalty
- Contribute to the overall growth of Apex
Minimum requirements:
- 2 years previous experience preferred – willing to work with the right person
- 4-6, 4 hour shifts per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Must have Stretch Therapy/Flexibility Training – willing to do additional training
- Respect a drug, alcohol, and smoke free work environment
All supplies are provided to provider.
Position is Part-Time and pays $30/hr, plus tips.
